PROBLEM WITH THE CHAT

The chat window does not open

The pop-up blocker blocks unwanted advertising messages.
Unfortunately, some pop-up blockers also block inshAllah chat windows.

You must disable the pop-up blocker in your navigation bar or in your browser by selecting Tools >> Internet Options >> Privacy >> and then unchecking the pop- up blocker.

History of messages sent over the chat

Your chat message history is not saved, so it is quite normal not to find the messages you have sent and received there.

However, if some of your messages do not appear in the "messages sent" folder of your mailbox, your contact has deleted his record or has blacklisted you and therefore does not wish to receive any messages from you.

You have not received your password

The ideal would be to reset your password.

To do this, simply click on '"password forgotten" on the login page. Then, insert your email address.
You will receive a link to change your password.

Your nickname and your password do not work

If you can not login, check the spelling of your 'nickname' or your 'password' by referring to the email you were sent when you registered.

You are unable to complete your registration

When you register, a confirmation email is sent to your personal mailbox. You must click on the link supplied to complete your registration and log into your account.

If you do not receive this email, check your mailbox 'spam'.

Report a non-compliant announce

To report a non-compliant ad, please use the 'Report a problem set this ad' module represented by this icon alerter

- If it's already done, your claim will be processed.
- If not, you must do so that we can justify our action and sanctions.

Report a message as offensive or non-compliant

To report an offensive or non-compliant message, you should send a copy of the message to the Webmaster using the link ‘Report a problem set the message' in the chat or message window.

MAIL

You no longer wish to receive your messages/Flashes/visits per email

To disable the option that allows you to receive your 'messages', 'your flashes' and 'your visits' in your mailbox, simply:
Click on 'My Account', then click on 'My Alerts' tab and uncheck the relevant option (Message/Flash/Visit).

You no longer wish to receive messages from a profile

To stop receiving 'mail' or 'cat' messages from an inshAllah member, just click on the icon blacklister when you receive an e-mail or chat message, or when you visit the profile of the person to blacklist
Note: You can view your profile blacklist in 'My Personal Space' on the home page by clicking on.

Your contact is not receiving your messages

If someone tells you he/she does not receiving your messages, there are two

possible reasons: - Your contact has blacklisted you. To be able to receive your messages again, he needs to remove you from his 'blacklist' accessible from 'My personal Space' by clicking on or via the quick navigation.
- Your contact filtered you out and no longer wishes to receive messages from a group of profiles. To be able to receive your messages again, he must add you to his 'Favorites'.

Some messages have disappeared

YOUR ACCOUNT

Nickname change

Your nickname cannot be changed. You must reregister to change it.

Change password

To change your password, simply go to the 'My Account' from the main menu, and click the 'edit' button on the 'password' line.

You just have to enter your old password once, and the new one twice, to validate your change.

Change of email address

To change your password, simply go to 'My Account' in the main menu and click the 'edit' button on the 'Email address' line.

You now need to insert your new email address. You will then receive confirmation of the change by email at your new address.
When the new address is confirmed, your email account will be changed.

Add/delete a photo

To add/delete a photo from your record, simply click on 'My Photos' in 'My Personal Space', from the 'quick navigation' or under 'My Profile' and comply set the following: - 6 photos maximum
- JPEG (.jpg .jpeg) and/or GIF (.gif)
- 10 MB maximum per file


If your picture appears 'under moderation', it in fact about to be validated by us.
Once validated, it becomes visible in your profile.
If it disappears, your photo was rejected.

The following types of photos are rejected:
- Group photos
- Blurred photos
- Indecent photos (topless or otherwise)
- Badly framed photos
- Distant photos
- Old photos
- Photos set email address(es)
- Advertising photos
- Drawings, photographs that do not belong to you
- Badly framed

Photos only accessible to your favorites

When you add a photo, you have the possibility to show it only to your favorites. To do this, simply click on 'Only for my favorites' under the photo.

This way, your photo is only visible to your favorites.

Any other member can only see a thumbnail of your photo and when clicked, a message tells them they need to be amongst your favorites to be able to view it.

Edit my announce

To change your ad, simply click 'Who am I?' from 'My Personal Space', in the 'quick navigation'

The following will cause your immediate removal:
- Email addresses
- Postal addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Advertisements

Choose the site display language

To change the display language on the site, go to 'My Account' in the top right- hand corner of your home page, then choose your preferences in the 'Linguistic and geographical preferences' at the bottom of the page.

You have been banned

By registering, you accept to comply set the inshAllah.com charter which reflects the philosophy of this site. In case of failure to comply set this policy, you will be are alerted by a warning, temporarily suspended or permanently banned from the site.

Problem set your email address

A message was sent to us involving your email address.
To correct the problem, you have two possible solutions:
- You can change your email address from My Account tab by clicking Edit and entering your new address
- In your current mailbox, you can remove inshAllah.com mails from your spam by sending us a message using the form below.
